- This comparison of well-to-wheels emissions from various vehicles was presented on Dec. 4, 2007 at EVS23, the 23rd international Electric Vehicle Symposium, in Anaheim, Calif.

I joined Marc Geller of Plug In America to give a briefing to legislative staffers in the California Capitol in Sacramento on September 18, 2006. The briefing brought them up to speed on the significance and nuances of the California Air Resources Board's Zero Emission Vehicle Technology Review.
